Our schedules are adapted to the type of event you want.

Lunch: between 12:00 and 16:30
Dinner: between 19:30 and 01:00
Brunch or afternoon hours available upon request.

If none of the times suit you, please contact us and we will find the best solution for you. On the day of your event, check-in takes place up to 30 minutes before the start time.

Important note: Check-out times must be strictly adhered to. Failure to do so may result in the deposit being deducted.

InsideOut provides you with a variety of options depending on the type of event you are having. You can simply rent our space or rent our space with catering included.

In addition to a spacious room that guarantees all the necessary comfort and a breathtaking terrace, InsideOut offers a comprehensive set of amenities to make your event truly unforgettable. We include a Wi-Fi network, a Bluetooth sound system, an LCD screen with Bluetooth connectivity and HDMI inputs, as well as a pantry area equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, among other facilities that you will discover at the time. We are prepared to provide a complete and unique experience for your event.

Ambicionamos destacar-nos pela diferença, pela atenção aos detalhes e personalização. Através de uma avaliação orçamental, oferecemos recursos e parcerias com profissionais qualificados para auxiliar na concepção e realização do evento único que idealiza. Como alternativa ao nosso serviço de decoração, damos-lhe a opção de trazer os seus próprios elementos decorativos, assegurando que estes sejam retirados no final do seu evento, sob pena de cobrança de uma taxa extra de limpeza no valor de 50,00 €. Queremos proporcionar uma experiência verdadeiramente à medida das suas expectativas.

Assim que confirmarmos a disponibilidade da data e período desejados, solicitaremos o pagamento da respetiva taxa de reserva/caução por cada período contratado para bloquear e garantir a reserva. Até 48 horas antes do evento, solicitaremos o pagamento do valor total, momento em que precisará confirmar o número exato de convidados presentes. A taxa de reserva/caução será integralmente reembolsada até 5 dias úteis após o evento, caso não sejam identificados danos relevantes. Estamos comprometidos em tornar o processo de reserva e pagamento o mais simples e transparente possível.

You can make payment using the methods indicated in the confirmation email. Proof of payment must be sent to the email geral@insideoutporto.pt.

To issue the invoice, we will need the following information: NAME, ADDRESS, NIF, EMAIL and TELEPHONE NUMBER.

Please note that if we do not receive proof of payment by the dates indicated, we will not be able to guarantee the reservation for your event. We are at your disposal for any further clarification.

Queremos garantir que o seu evento se destaque pela qualidade, não apenas pela quantidade. Portanto, apesar das dimensões generosas do nosso espaço, o número total de convidados não deverá exceder as 60 pessoas. Esta restrição visa assegurar que todos os presentes desfrutem de um ambiente confortável e acolhedor, mantendo a excelência do serviço que nos propomos a oferecer. Estamos empenhados em proporcionar uma experiência memorável e personalizada para todos os participantes do seu evento.

For groups of 30 people, the Rental & Catering service already includes the rental and catering costs. For groups of less than 30 guests, a fee will also be charged in relation to the rental cost as follows:

-Groups of less than 30 guests will be charged a rental fee of €75.00.
-Groups of 20 guests or less will be charged a rental fee of €150.00.
-Groups of 10 guests or less will be charged a total rental fee corresponding to the Rental experience.

If you only want the Rental service, the amount paid is for the entire group, regardless of the number of guests.

In the event of significant damage identified during check-out, InsideOut reserves the right to debit the amount necessary to cover the losses, resulting in the non-refund of the reservation/deposit amount (€50).

Although our space offers privacy, as we are located in the heart of downtown Porto, we ask that you respect potential neighbors and other people, especially after 11pm. Failure to comply with the rules of conduct may result in the non-refund of the reservation/deposit amount (€50). We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for everyone.
